Monique Douglas is passionate about turning complex community projects into seamless successes.

Shadow CM  provides a dedicated project construction management partner, ensuring every project is executed seamlessly. Our expertise lies in managing community and high-rise projects from start to finish, allowing General Managers to focus on daily operations and resident needs while ensuring Board Members' and stakeholders vision is realized through clear communication and expert oversight.

From the very early stages of project planning and development to management and closeout, we provide professional, reliable and results driven solutions tailored to your community's needs. Our goal is to bring your vision to life while giving your team the bandwidth to thrive in their roles.

Monique has nearly 20 years of experience in the management industry and has partnered with renowned companies such as Coca Cola.  With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Integrated Marketing and Communication from San Diego State University, combined with over a decade of planned community and high-rise property management experience, she gave root to Shadow CM to provide expert construction management solutions tailored to the unique needs of HOA and commercial projects.
